Observation

1a) Diaper creams in unlocked cabinet underneath diaper changing tables in toddlers, diaper wipes in unlocked cabinets and in bathroom in toddlers, labeled keep out of reach of children, lysol spray and glass spray underneath sink cabinet in toddlers, 409 and diashwasher soap in unlocked cabinet in kitchen, and bleach, 409, glass cleaner, and pledge in unlocked hallway closet were labeled keep out of reach of children and accessible to children. 2ab) Hallway storage closet with cleaning supplies was unlocked and accessible to children.
